EULA - End User License Agreement

REGISTERED COPY: After you have purchased the license for the SOFTWARE, and have received the Key enabling the registered copy, you are licensed to copy the SOFTWARE only into the memory of the number of computers corresponding to the number of licenses purchased.

RESTRICTIONS: You may not reverse engineer, de-compile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE.

NO WARRANTIES: LIFESTYLE SOFTWARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY for the SOFTWARE. The SOFTWARE and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE remains with you.

THIS SOFTWARE IS NOT FAULT TOLERANT AND SHOULD NOT BE USED IN ANY ENVIRONMENT WHICH REQUIRES THIS.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU AGREE THAT LIFESTYLE SOFTWARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE, UNDER ANY LEGAL PRINCIPLE, FOR ANY DAMAGES INCURRED BY YOU (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION OR OTHER COMMERCIAL OR PECUNIARY LOSS, ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGE) OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE OR DOCUMENTATION EVEN IF LIFESTYLE SOFTWARE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE P0SSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
